Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for residential solar PV systems.
Follow instructions and schedule provided by Master electrician and project managers.
Supervise the work of apprentice electricians and installers.
Order parts and keep appropriate inventories for solar electrical jobs.
Ensure electrical systems meet company standard job specifications, the National Electrical Code, and other relevant local codes
Provide regular reports of team activities to project managers
Assist in job safety and overall crew support including staging materials, general site work support, as well as site preparation and clean up
Keep service van stocked properly
Coordinate and communicate with electrical inspectors on projects
Correspond professionally with homeowners
Provide regular updates of job status, complete necessary paperwork and photos
Able to troubleshoot electrical issues independently
