Element Energy Solar has been a local company in Mattituck for over 20 years and has 40 years experience in the renewable energy industry. Element is seeking multiple students to work at this amazing, forward-thinking company during the remainder of the school year and over the summer of 2023. Some positions are paid and others are unpaid.

Students who have participated in our program have gone on to start up companies, become heads of industry, lead renewable energy policy, and secure careers of their choice. It is Element Energy’s best practice to help the people we take on as employees to become the best in the field, and Element is proud of the people we have helped.

This is a great opportunity for students to learn about what it takes to run a business and to figure out which areas of business they would like to pursue.
